      How do I register?
       

    You can register online, call the event at 860.674.1500 to register or send in your registration via mail to:

    When you register online you will receive an immediate confirmation and, if applicable, directions as to when and where to send your payment (if you did not pay with a credit card).Top

     
      What is the individual preregistration rate?
       

    The individual preregistration rate is $169 - payment must be received by March 1st, 2012. Registrations and payments received after that date will be considered an "At the Door" Registration and charged at a rate of $190 per person.Top

     
      What do I receive as part of my clinic registration?
       

    Registration provides you with a credential the gives you full access to all the event coaches sessions, the Exhibitor Zone and if you choose to sign up, the NYSA-administered "E" certificate course. As part of your registration, you will receive a credential with lanyard (you must wear this at all times to enter the clinic), an event gift bag and an event information handout (this includes the latest schedule, outlines of clinic sessions and an Exhibitor Zone map).       What is the group rate?
       

    Groups of 5 - 9 are eligible for a group rate is $159 and groups of 10+ are eligible for a discounted rate of $150.Top

     
      What is the cost for student/youth rate under (14 - 18)?
       

    Our youth rate is $79 for the entire event, basically half price (student rate remains the same for "At the Door" Registrations). Top

     
      What methods of payment does the event accept for Registration?
       

    The Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinics accept credit card payments online as well as checks via mail. The SCCC accepts the following credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

      What level coaches can benefit from this event?
       

    Our goal is to provide coaches with the tools, insights and cutting edge education to become better coaches. We seek to offer a range of sessions that provide value to coaches of all levels - from youth coaches to premier travel coaches to high school coaches to college coaches. We select our presenters very carefully and develop a new clinic curriculum each year. We believe that coaches of all levels will benefit from attending the Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinic.       Where does the clinic take place at the South Point Arena?
       

    Registration takes place in the Lobby Area of the South Point Arena and general sessions take place in the South Point Arena (we build a soccer field so that we can provide large-scale demonstrations with demonstrators that help to "paint a picture" of activities/concepts for our attending coaches). We also offer special break-out sessions that take place in a meeting room inside the South Point ArenaTop

     
      Is there a different fee if I can only attend one day?
       

    We only offer the weekend rate of $169. However, both Friday and Saturday are full days so it may be worth attending just one day...Top

     
      Will I get a receipt for my payment so I can turn it in for reimbursement?
       

    When you register online, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice for the clinic. If your school needs further documentation, please fax your registration form and purchase order to us at 860.674.1704 and we will fax an invoice back to you. Top

     
      What is your cancellation/refund policy?
       

    No refunds for 2012 event registrations will be given after February 15, 2012 (an administrative fee of $25 will be charged for refunds approved prior to Feb. 15, 2012).Top

     
      Who is presenting and will they change?
       

    We have some of the top coaches in the world presenting at the 2012 Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinic - see the "Presenters" tab on website for details. Please be aware the presenters and program are subject to change (as noted in the brochure and on the website).Top

     
      Does the cost of the clinic include meals or hotel accommodations?
       

    No, the clinic fee does not cover these additional costs. However, the South Point Arena features a variety of menu items and restaurants for every price range and appetite. Additionally, South Point is offering special room rates ranging from $69 - 99 + tax for clinic registrants. Please see website's "Hotel & Directions" page for special promo codes needed to qualify for these special discounted rates. Top

     
      What is the cost of a South Point Hotel room and how do I book a room?
       

    Please ask for the "Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinic" room block and mention the code "SOCO307", to receive a discounted rate between $69 - 99 + tax. Rate based on double occupancy. All room rates are guaranteed through February 14th (as long as rooms are available in our block - they are likely to sell-out early so we encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible).

    Reservations made after February 14, 2012 will be provided on a space available basis and will be subject to current rates.

      Do I have to stay over all those nights to get the special rate, or can I just stay over one night?
       

    The dates listed are the dates that the special rate applies; you can stay over as many or as few nights as you'd like.Top

     
      Is there a deadline to book a room by at the South Point Hotel?
       

    Reservations made after February 14th, 2012 will be provided on a space available basis and will be subject to current rates. Please note that the South Point Hotel room block may sell out in advance of deadline so we encourage you to make your reservations early.Top

     
      How do I get to the South Point Arena?

      Is there transportation available from the Airport to South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa?
       

    Yes! Complementary transportation is available from Las Vegas International Airport to the South Point Hotel for persons staying at the South Point Hotel. Shuttles are available from approximately 6:30AM - 9:30PM and run each hour to hour and a half depending on time of day and demand. To make these arrangements, you must call 866-796-7111 in advance for a reservation.Top

     
      Can you explain what the NYSA "E" Certificate is?
       

    The "E" Certificate is for coaching U12 to U14 players (ages 12-14). The Certificate is nationally recognized. Emphasis is placed on refining a player's technical abilities under game conditions, building the foundation for team play. Basic tactics are also taught within the technique sessions. You must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for this Certificate.Top

     
      Which sessions are mandatory for the NYSA "E" Certificate?
       

    E Certificate candidates are REQUIRED to attend all of the clinic's general sessions on the event schedule, including the special E Certificate sessions. Attending the clinic is a great way to obtain your "E" Certificate in just 3 days. The exact NYSA "E" Certificate schedule can be found on our web-site under the "E Certificate" tab at www.SoccerChampionsClinic.comTop

     
      Is there a test at the end to get your NYSA Certificate?
       

    A test will not be administered at the end of the clinic. Attendance will be taken randomly throughout the event to ensure that "E" Certificate candidates are attending sessions and "E" Certificate candidates will be required to check-in before each "E" Certificate-only session. You may also be asked to provide the administrators with your session notes to show that you were in attendance at all required sessions.Top

     
      How do I sign up to be a NYSA "E" Certificate candidate?
       

    We encourage you to sign up in advance for the NYSA "E" Certificate when you register online for the clinic. There is a check-box located on the registration form that will allow you to identify yourself as an "E" Certificate candidate. You can also register on-site at the clinic for the certificate program. The complete NYSA Schedule will be posted on the "E" Certificate page of this website closer to the event. Please note that "E" Certificate candidates are required to attend all NYSA scheduled courses in addition to those in the general clinic schedule in order to obtain the "E" Certificate. The "E" Certificate will be distributed at the end of the clinic and is provided to candidates at no additional cost beyond the general clinic fee.Top

     
      Can you explain what the "A" License CE Credit Program is?
       

    Coaches who currently hold their "A" license may earn two (2) U.S. Soccer Continuing Education credits at this event. It is U.S. Soccer policy that all coaches currently holding an "A" License must accumulate eight- (8) CE credits within every four-year cycle in order to maintain the status of their "A" License. Attendance at this event is a terrific way to complete part of this requirement. Top

     
      Which sessions are mandatory for the "A" License CE Credit Program?
       

    To participate, "A" License coaches must attend all regular clinic sessions on Friday and Saturday, March 9 & 10 (does NOT include E Certificate sessions) PLUS attend the "Video Analysis" session for "A" License coaches on Friday evening. This year, each "A" License Coach also must write a paragraph synopsis of five (5) of the sessions that they attend and submit the synopsis to U.S. Soccer within two weeks of the end of the clinic to earn these CEUs. Further details will be provided at check-in at the event.Top

     
      What is the cost of the "A" License CE Credit Program and how do I sign up?
       

    The cost of the program is $50. Please register for this added benefit by checking off the "A" License CE Credit box when completing the registration process online. This fee will be sent directly to U.S. Soccer when you have completed the program.Top

     
      How will U.S. Soccer be notified of my completion of the "A" License CE Credit Program?
       

    The clinic will monitor attendance by "A" License coaches at the required sessions and submit coaches' names and fees to U.S. Soccer at the completion of the event. If an "A" License coach is NOT present at the required session(s), the coach's name will NOT be sumitted for CE credits and a refund will not be provided. Top

     
      What is the AYSO Intermediate Coaching Diploma program?
       

    The Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinic in Las Vegas has partnered with the American Youth Soccer Organization to provide Las Vegas event registrants with the opportunity to earn their AYSO Intermediate Coaching Course Diploma while attending the Las Vegas event. AYSO's John Ouellette will be instructing this course. Top

     
      What is the cost of the AYSO Intermediate Coaching Diploma and how do I sign up?
       

    The cost of this special offering is INCLUDED in your registration cost. To participate, sign up when completing your online registration form by checking the appropriate box. Top

     
      Which sessions are madatory for the AYSO Intermediate Coaching Diploma?
       

    To earn your AYSO Intermediate Coaching Course Diploma, registrants are REQUIRED to attend ALL event sessions (including the special AYSO Intermediate Coaching Course sessions). See the Clinic Event Schedule for a complete list of mandatory sessions. Top

     
      When will the event's Exhibitor Zone be open?
       

    The Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinic Exhibitor Zone will be open on Friday and Saturday during regular clinic hours (starting at approximately 8AM). Top

     
      What type of soccer products will be available in the Exhibitor Zone?
       

    The clinic has a variety of exhibitor booths, offering everything from soccer equipment (balls, shoes, goals, etc…) to uniforms to fundraising concepts to soccer camps/travel tours. It is a great way to see all the latest soccer equipment and soccer-related products. Many exhibitors offer special discounts on their products during the event.Top
