FEES / PAYMENT
  How do I register?
    You can register online or send in your registration via mail to:

When you register online you will receive an immediate confirmation and, if applicable, directions as to when and where to send your payment.
 
  What is the individual preregistration rate?
    The individual coach pre-registration rate is $159 for the full event ($179 at the door). Payment must be received by February 26, 2010. Registrations and payments received after that date will be considered an "At the Door" Registration and charged the higher clinic fee.
 
  What is the group rate?
    5 or more people constitutes a group and qualifies you for the group rate of $149 per registrant. 10 or more people constitutes a group and qualifies you for the group rate of $139 per registrant.
 
  What is the cost for student/youth rate under (14 - 18)?
    Our youth rate is $79 for the entire event, basically half price. We do not offer a day rate for students/youth.
 
  What methods of payment does the event accept for Registrations?
    The Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinics accept credit card payments online (or via telephone by calling the event office at 860.674.1500) as well as checks via mail. The Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinics accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

  Is there a different fee if I can only attend one day?
    We only offer the weekend rate of $159. However, both Friday and Saturday are full days so it may be worth attending just one day...
 
  It says here that you don’t accept school Purchase Order's...
    When you register online, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice for the clinic. If your school needs further documentation, please fax your registration form and PO to us at 860.674.1704 and we will fax an invoice back to you.
 
  What is your cancellation/refund policy?
    No refunds for 2010 event pre-registrations will be given for any reason after February 10, 2010 unless the event is cancelled. For refunds approved prior to February 10, 2010, an administrative fee of $20.00 will be assessed.

EVENT PRESENTERS
  Who is presenting and will they change?
    We have some of the top coaches in the world presenting at the 2010 Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinic at the South Point Arena in Las Vegas - please the "presenters" tab on website for details. Please be aware the presenters and program are subject to change (as noted in on the website).

HOTEL
  Does the cost of the clinic include meals or hotel accommodations?
    No, the clinic fee does not cover these additional costs. However, discounted hotel rates for the 2010 Soccer Champions Coaches' Clinic at the South Point Arena in Las Vegas are available at the South Point Hotel ($79 - $115) and other nearby hotels. Please see "Hotel/Directions" webpage for more info.

  How do I get to the South Point Arena?
    For Directions from either McCarran International Airport or surrounding areas, please visit the "Hotel/Directions" page or you can also visit www.southpointhotel.com for additional information about the South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa.

CLINIC GENERAL INFO
  If I coach children, will this clinic be too advanced for me?
    The clinic will be very informative to coaches of all levels. The schedule was designed in a way that would make the clinic beneficial to coaches of all levels of experience. Our presenters come from a variety of backgrounds, and the session topics cover a wide array of subjects.

"E" Certificate administered by Nevada Youth Soccer Association
  Can you explain what the NYSA "E" Certificate is?
    The "E" Certificate is for coaching U12 to U14 players (ages 12-14). The Certificate is nationally recognized. Emphasis is placed on refining a playerÕs technical abilities under game conditions, building the foundation for team play. Basic tactics are also taught within the technique sessions. You must be 16 years old or older to be eligible for this Certificate.
 
  Which sessions are mandatory for the NYSA "E" Certificate?
    Certificate candidates are REQUIRED to attend all of the clinic sessions on the event schedule, as well as several additional E Certificate sessions. Attending this weekend clinic is a great way to obtain your "E" Certificate. The exact NYSA "E" Certificate schedule can be found on our web-site under the "E Certificate" tab for the Las Vegas Event at www.SoccerChampionsClinic.com
 
  Do I have to take a test at the end of the clinic to receive the NYSA "E" Certificate?
    A test will not be administered at the end of the clinic. You must simply provide the administrators with your session notes to show that you were in attendance at all required sessions.
 
  How do I sign up to be a NYSA "E" Certificate candidate?
    We encourage you to sign up in advance for the NYSA "E" Certificate when you register online for the clinic. There is a check-box located on the registration form that will allow you to identify yourself as an "E" Certificate candidate. The complete NYSA Schedule is posted on the "E" Certificate page of this website. Please note that "E" Certificate candidates are required to attend all NYSA scheduled courses in addition to those in the general clinic schedule in order to obtain the "E" Certificate. The "E" Certificate will be distributed at the end of the clinic and is provided to candidates at no additional cost beyond the general clinic fee.



Program and presenters subject to change. Videotaping of event sessions is not allowed. No refunds for 2011 event registrations will be given after February 10, 2011 (an administrative fee will be charged for refunds approved prior to Feb. 1, 2011). *NSCAA membership program only applies to event attendees who are new to the NSCAA and not currently NSCAA members.
