No refunds for 2013 event registrations will be given after February 14, 2013 (an administrative fee will be charged for refunds approved prior to Feb. 14, 2013). The event will take place as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. *NSCAA membership program only applies to event attendees who are new to the NSCAA and not currently NSCAA members.
